Business Experience
• American Standard Manufacturing Inc (ASM), Founder & President: ASM, a speaker manufacturing company in Northridge, employed over 115 employees and manufactured audio home theater speakers for large multinationals such as, Infinity Systems, Harmon International and JBL.
• Dewan Aura Sound Pvt. Ltd, Co-Founder & Executive Vice President: Dewan-Aura was a Joint Venture with Aura Systems Inc (a NASDAQ company). This Joint Venture in India grew to over 350 employees and manufactured Transducers and consumer electronics for Multinational companies like Alpine, Phillips, Daewoo, Aura and Acer.
• DAC Precision, President: DAC manufactured precision machined components for the Aero Space Industry. Some of its customers included Boeing (Long Beach), McDonnell Douglass, Western Filter and ITT.
• Monday Capital, Founder & President: Mr. Dewan has been involved in corporate Finance and the capital markets since 1996. He has raised over a Billion dollars in business capital for public companies and private start up businesses

David Paszkiewicz
Sr. Account Executive
Mr. Paszkiewicz has 17 years experience in the real estate industry. David is a licensed California Broker and has worked in both the residential and commercial markets as well as in residential lending. Most recently he headed his own brokerage and property development firm.
Prior to his real estate career David was a medical insurance claims consultant. He has a Bachelor Of Arts Degree from Southern Illinois University
Sandy Chhabra
Vice President, Business Development.
Mr. Sandy Chhabra has been in with Monday Capital since its inception. Mr. Chhabra is currently responsible for business development for Los Angeles and Ventura counties. Prior to joining Monday Capital, he was the Director of Operations at DAC Precision Corporation, an Aerospace components manufacturer. Some of DAC’s clients were Boeing (Long Beach), ITT. McDonald Douglas and Western Filter. Mr. Chhabra has a B.E. degree in Electronics Engineering from Bangalore University.

Ms. Sue has over 7 years of experience in the financial industry and has been associated with Medical & Insurance industry. She has a Master’s Degree in Business Administration in Finance from Bangalore , India . She holds a Diploma in Computer Applications and Management. Sue’s experience will be very useful for our clients and lenders.
